SGL is a producer of technologically advanced lighting systems for the optimisation of natural grass quality on sports fields. SGL operates worldwide and focuses on stadiums with a capacity of more than 20,000 seats. Its clients include football, rugby, baseball and American football clubs, golf courses and multipurpose sports fields. SGL systems have already been installed at 180 of the world’s largest sports clubs and stadiums.
After achieving a number of strategic objectives, the majority interest was sold to the co-shareholder and founder of SGL in 2016.
Foreman actively supported the managing director and majority shareholder in professionalising the organisation, expanding the management board, achieving international expansion through the implementation of a structured global market approach, and broadening the product portfolio.
